Cottages

All cottages have been converted to a very high standard with a comfortable home from home feel; each has its own patio area looking over extensive views of the Otter Valley.

 
Three of our cottages are wheelchair friendly, offering wide doorways, wet rooms and easy access to the patios and gardens.
 
Our comfortable cottages have underfloor heating and are fully equipped with appliances including microwave, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machines, dishwashers, LCD TV, DVD, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, gas barbecues and garden furniture. In addition The Gables has Oak Beams and Oak Doors, with slate flooring and a wood burning stove.

Dogs:  Are allowed at a cost of £20.00 per animal per week. We welcome well-behaved family pets accompanied by responsible owners. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in bedrooms and should not be left alone in the cottage. The patios are enclosed and two of the cottages have enclosed gardens, walking a dog couldn’t be easier with footpaths and bridleways directly off the property. One of our neighbours offers animal day care leaving you time to visit the non dog friendly attractions.

In addition a travel cot and high chairs are available on request.
 
The cottages prices are fully inclusive of underfloor heating, electric, linen and towels        (excludes beach towels and cot linen)
